Meet ETFE PS 401

In our early days we relied, like the rest of the market, on traditional materials such as standard ETFE, PFA and PEEK. Although these materials were the norm at the time, today's market demands smarter, more sustainable and more cost-efficient solutions. We live in an era where energy saving is central and process temperatures in the industry are structurally coming down. More expensive is no longer better; smarter is. In our own advanced laboratory we therefore challenged the status quo and developed our own high-performance coating: PS 401.

PS 401 — smart efficiency at lower temperatures

Because process temperatures in the current industry are dropping, our innovative PS 401 fits seamlessly. Because PS 401 delivers exactly the high-end performance and superior release needed today at these lower temperatures, it makes the use of traditional – and extremely costly – PFA and PEEK entirely unnecessary. PS 401 also withstands process temperatures up to 180 °C and is excellently chlorine resistant.

Our lead was not built yesterday; it is deeply rooted in decades of hands-on experience. In 1989, EHRI was the very first in Europe to apply internal ETFE & PFA linings via rotomoulding. Where the sector was still pioneering with basic techniques, we laid the blueprint for what is the industry standard today.

For each unique product, the system continuously compares the real-time, actual values with the pre-set setpoints.
